Standard inspection package includes:

• Detailed inspection, from top to bottom, of all accessible systems and areas of the home and garage, including the roof, foundation, interior, exterior, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Thermal imaging.
• Drone photos of the home and property (weather permitting).
• Starting at $400

Most home buyers add-on the termite inspection. This is often required by lenders for financing, especially for FHA and VA loans.

Multi-family inspection package includes:

• Consists of a standard residential inspection package for duplex homes and apartment buildings up to 4 units.
• Starting at $650
• Buildings with more than 4 units are considered commercial and are custom quoted.

• Termite/Wood Destroying Insect Inspection - $75
• Sewer line scoping with camera - $250
• Radon Testing - $150
• Indoor Air Quality/Mold testing - $325
• Pool/Spa Inspection - $200
• Water quality test - $50
